Marycrest Heights is organized by Marycrest Manor Skilled Nursing Facility, its sole member,

Q. Do residents own their units?
No, they do not, however that means you are not responsible for unit maintenance, appliance repair/replacement and the like.
It also means you will not be responsible for selling the unit when you leave.
Q. What is the monthly fee charge used for?
In addition to professional management, activity programs and routine maintenance and common area cleaning, water
and sewer charges and hot water are included. Grounds upkeep for lawns and show plowing create a carefree living environment.
Additionally, funds are allocated for future capital improvements. It is our goal at Marycrest Heights to keep the monthly fees
as low as possible and will only raise rates when necessary.
Q. Does Marycrest Heights pay property taxes?
No it does not as it qualifies as a non-profit benevolent organization.
Q. Will meals be served?
At this time, we are not offering a structured meal program, however, we plan to hold weekly get togethers,
such as spaghetti dinners, pot luck dinners and catered events for those who are interested. The dining room seats
110 and includes a full service kitchen and may be reserved for use by residents at no cost. Phase two of our master plan
will offer a full meal service.
Q. Are pets permitted?
Yes but will be subject to size, weight, and temperament.
Q. What happens if I get sick and need medical assistance while living at Marycrest Heights?
At this time, Marycrest Heights will not be providing on site medical staff, however, if your illness or recuperation
requires continued in-home medical assistance, you may hire a private health care worker.
Q. Does Marycrest Heights provide permanent assisted living services?
No, we do not. However, our second phase will over these services.
Q. Do I have to be Catholic to reside at Marycrest Heights?
Absolutely not. Marycrest Heights welcomes residents of all faiths.
